The candidate?

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Business Administrator to work closely with our executive and senior management team. This is a key role for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

You’ll be the person who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes; staying one step ahead, anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and ensuring information, decisions, and actions flow efficiently across the organisation.

 

In a nutshell you will:

Support the Exec & Senior Management Team

  • Provide day-to-day support to the executive team so they can stay focused on what matters most

  • Keep on top of priorities, deadlines, and actions, stepping in where needed

  • Anticipate needs and help solve problems before they become issues

Scheduling & Organisation

  • Manage busy calendars, meetings, and logistics

  • Coordinate agendas, prep materials, and follow-ups

  • Handle scheduling conflicts with confidence and good judgement

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a go-to point of contact between the exec team and internal/external stakeholders

  • Manage the flow of information and respond to requests quickly and clearly

  • Take accurate messages and make sure the right people have what they need

Meetings & Follow-ups

  • Prepare documents and presentations for meetings, including board meetings

  • Take meeting notes, track actions, and follow up to keep things moving

  • Make sure actions are completed ahead of future meetings

Processes & Projects

  • Help develop and improve internal processes to make ways of working more efficient

  • Coordinate people and resources to keep projects and tasks on track

  • Support ad-hoc projects across the business

Team & Admin Support

  • Assist with internal communications, team events, and off-site sessions (if required)

  • Help with basic finance admin (POs, expenses, invoices)

 

Does this sound like you?

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar business admin / EA role

  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and switching priorities when needed

  • Naturally organised with great attention to detail

  • Strong written and spoken English

  • Is proactive and happy working on your own initiative

  • Stays calm under pressure and enjoys solving problems

  • Has great people skills and builds strong working relationships

  • Understands business priorities and uses good judgement

  • Brings a positive, can-do attitude and isn’t afraid to think differently
