Data Sales Lead - Europe (Remote)

Now, we’re scaling across Europe, and we’re hiring a senior Data Sales Lead - Europe to unlock new commercial opportunities and strengthen Cartell’s European data footprint. This is a high impact, autonomous role for a commercial leader who knows how to turn complex data into compelling revenue opportunities. 

In a nutshell you will: 

• Open and grow new European markets through structured market entry and ecosystem engagement.

• Win and negotiate enterprise data/API deals - owning the full sales cycle end-to-end 

• Build strategic partnerships with insurers, OEM ecosystems, marketplaces, aftermarket platforms and data suppliers 

• Shape pricing frameworks and multiyear commercial plans for new territories 

• Be a trusted voice on vehicle data, APIs, schema quality and regulatory considerations (incl. GDPR/licensing) 

 What you bring: 

• 5 - 8+ years in automotive data, SaaS/API sales or adjacent sectors (aftermarket, OEM, leasing, telematics, vehicle history)  

• Proven track record selling complex datasets or API‑driven solutions  

• Experience opening new markets and gaining traction where brand awareness is low  

• Strong commercial strategy skills - pricing, segmentation, multi‑year planning  

• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear commercial value
