Role title:  Goods Inwards Co-Ordinator

Location:   Dublin (Greenogue, D24)

Role Purpose

The role of Goods Inwards Co-ordinator is to assist the goods inwards team across the news and mags, consumables, and stationery. Participate in daily activities of goods in, including shipping & put aways.

Role Responsibilities (Overview)

• Processing and checking daily deliveries.
• Processing and checking daily orders.
• Ensuring deliveries are processed in a timely and organised manner.
• Managing the put aways and ensuring stock is put away and available for picking.
• Reporting delivery discrepancies & incorrect deliveries to relevant personnel.
• Ensure that deliveries arrive as per receiving guidelines and are booked in accordingly.
• Assist/Manage the unloading of container.
• Ensure that deliveries arrive as per receiving guidelines and are booked in accordingly.
• Assist in the unloading of container/Trucks.

Experience & Qualifications (Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge)

• Experience working in the FMCG sector.
• Experience in the use of ERP systems.
• SAP experience is essential.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience using Microsoft office with particular emphasis on Excel.

Skills (technical & non-technical)

• Counterbalance forklift
• Good people skills.
• Order picking/receiving experience in a high intensity environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a and lead a team.
• Strong analytical skills
