Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Department: Advertising
Function: Sales
Reporting to: Lisa Mulholland, Customer Success and Inside Sales Manager
Location: Wexford
Role Purpose
The Inside Sales Rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The role is to generate revenue through phone and email across the island of Ireland classified categories, and commercial advertising content.
Role Responsibilities (Overview)
* Building a sales funnel generating leads via inbound follow-up, outbound cold calling and emailing for your area of responsibility
Building and develop good client relationships
Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Ask layered, open-ended questions to understand and clarify customer’s objectives and challenges
Lead with solutions, not products, when making recommendations aligned to customer objectives
Follow best practises when using AdPoint – sales opportunities, pipeline management & sales activities
Perform effective online solution demos to prospective clients
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned area of responsibility
Ensure the achievement of agreed sales targets, KPI’s goals and objectives
Work for the cross functional teams for desired revenue outcomes
Other responsibilities as determined by management
Experience & Qualifications (Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge)
3+ years within a high performing inside sales environment
Deep understanding of the entire advertising market
Experience in consultative sales process
Proven track record of achieving and surpassing targets

Proven inside sales experience
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills and an ability to identify new opportunities
Strong phone presence and managing high call volumes
Ability to build & maintain excellent customer relationships
To be able to perform well under pressure
Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a team
Proven track record of achieving and surpassing targets
Excellent written and verbal communicator
Strong time management and organisational skills
