Function: Motion (A Mediahuis Ireland Company)
Reporting to: Head of Sales Team Development
Location: Dublin; Hybrid (3 days office, Mon-Thu / 2 days remote)

The ideal candidate:
Is an early career or junior Digital Sales Executive with an enthusiastic disposition, eager to join a hugely talented team of sales representatives.
Will flourish in an agile environment and have an open mindset to experience and train in different areas of the sales function.
Has a passion for continuously delivering growth of our main revenue stream and digital advertising as well as strengthening our relationships with our extensive base of motor dealer clients across Ireland.
Should you have a strong sales background, specifically focused on Google Ads and Meta PPC products and a proven ability to effectively sell their benefits to potential clients, we would love to hear from you too.
You will be trained in our proven challenger style approach, learning how to expertly leverage our unrivalled data, presenting real business solutions to our existing and potential customers.
In a nut shell you will:
Fully learn and comprehend the current suite of products, systems & processes.
Use your own initiative to identify and prospect opportunities across new and existing business through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media platforms.
Build relationships with our prospective & existing customers and car dealers.
Manage a portfolio of customers and grow the overall ARPD (Average revenue per dealer) within their territory.
Fully understand customer’s business models, goals, targets and pain points.
Use data and industry insights combined with a consultative approach to offer the right package and product to meet customer needs.
Provide capabilities and limitations advice to existing business and potential customers for specialist digital products.
Use strong relationship and task prioritisation to drive the commercial function across their territory, whilst always striving to drive the ultimate customer experience.
Collaborate closely and effectively with colleagues within the sales teams and across the group.
Does this sound like you?
1-2 years’ experience selling digital solutions (essential)
Pay Per Click (PPC) sales experience (desirable, not essential)
A self-starter who works on their own initiative whilst constantly seeking out collaborative opportunities with their teammates?
Ability to adopt a consultative sales approach to understand a customers’ business across various projects
Ambitious & determined, who will thrive in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional English communication skills with a flair for customer-centric sales approach
Experience using: data analysis tool(s) / platform for making and taking calls / CRM
Account management serving as a POC, providing ongoing support and guidance.
Experience achieving commercial targets and KPI’s
Demonstrated ability to use data to drive customer decisions
Outstanding organisational, prioritisation, negotiating and influencing skills
