An ability to thrive in a sales environment and add value to the overall team structure is needed, but we need individuals who can bring themselves to this role, making it their own and growing with the team. We need people who look at a problem, immediately relish the challenge and roll up their sleeves.

 

 

What You’ll Be Doing (overview):

  • Research and analyse potential target clients to build a pipeline of opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the team to identify, target, and close new clients and pitches.

  • Partner with the creative team to develop innovative, tailored proposals and presentations.

  • Conduct brainstorming sessions for potential client pitches.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to meet prospective clients and expand reach.

  • Leverage research and insights to better understand target clients' needs.

  • Prospect potential clients within the advertising media industry, including agencies, brands, and relevant stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to address their business needs and objectives.

  • Drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure.

  • Monitor industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies to identify new business development opportunities.

  • Work closely with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials that support sales efforts.

  • Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and progress toward revenue targets.

 

 

Experience and Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or equivalent

  • One year’s experience in a sales environment preferred
